Refunds: We do not offer refunds on ANY order unless there is a clear mistake made on OUR part.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered due to each item being customer made once order is placed. When placing order, please size up if you have any doubt on it being too snug when you receive

Cancellations: HMT does not cancel orders for any reason once they have been placed. If you make an order, you are confirming that you are intentionally placing the order and the customer item is exactly how you are wanting it. Our website, PayPal and other forms that payments are processed through always charge us a nonrefundable fee, so for this reason, we do not offer to cancel orders.
