Turn Around Time Notice

You agree when ordering that the current turn around time is 14-21 business days and that excludes weekends and holidays for custom items. All custom items are made after your order is placed and are not pre-made so this puts our turn around time a little longer than most small shops. You are agreeing that there will be no refunds or exchanges for your custom ordered item(s).

 

RTS items will always be shipped out within 4 business days after the they are purchased. If you order a RTS item with a custom item, the RTS will be held & shipped with custom item. 

Items on the Drop will specify it they are RTS and if not, then a turnaround time will be specified on each item.
